Shipping and Delivery

**Local delivery (Marin and San Francisco).** Tables, consoles, and mantels are delivered and placed by our own people. Delivery is included within Marin County; San Francisco and the East Bay are quoted at the time of order, typically $150–$350 depending on distance and access. We will confirm a delivery window by phone. Please tell us about stairs, elevators, narrow doors, or parking restrictions in advance.

**Installation.** Mantels, floating shelves, and built-ins can be installed by us in Marin and San Francisco for a quoted fee. Installation includes mounting hardware and cleanup.

**Shipping (shelves, boards, small pieces, moulding under 8 feet).** We ship within the United States by UPS or FedEx Ground, fully insured. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Large or fragile items are crated; crating is included in the shipping price. We do not currently ship internationally.

**Lead times.** Standard pieces ship or deliver 3–5 weeks after order. Custom pieces are 5–10 weeks from approved drawing. We will tell you if a job is running late and why.

**Pickup.** Free pickup at the shop in San Rafael by appointment.

**Damage in transit.** Inspect your piece on arrival and note any damage with the carrier before signing. Photograph it and email us within 48 hours; we will handle the claim and repair or replace the piece.
